WHAT IS THE BUG
I am unable to use Anytype as none of my objects are loading. It is as if the entire workspace has been wiped. When I click on the profile icon on the home page, I get the following
I tried reinstalling Anytype but no luck.
HOW TO REPRODUCE IT
After logging out, i tried to log back in and could not. I tried leaving it for hours but it is stuck on the same screen (shown below)

Are you behind a VPN by chance?
This seems like a firewall issue, because Anytype uses a non-standard port. This will change with the implementation of our new sync infrastructure. I would suggest trying another internet connection if possible, and also another device. You could also roll back to v0.30.0 for the meantime.

That’s the other thing. I just get the following screen when I try to roll back to 0.30 and its stuck on it for hours.

Hey! Just know you are not alone! I’m now on a secondary acc, but I have been having that problem since late January. One day, things started to not sync, and as I reinstalled the app in several of my devices I was losing access to my acc. As of now, that account is still corrupted and I don’t know why. For now, I’m not deleting it, as I have hope someday the Dev team will be able to figure out what has been causing trouble. Have faith! If you can, do an export now. In the worst of cases, you might not have to rewrite everything in your account.

It’s easy, just use your invite code to create another one.
Please note your Recovery Phrase before attempting any of the below procedures
To create a new account:
- Log out of Anytype
- Select Sign up (instead of Log in)
- Enter your original invitation code
If you can’t find your invite code:
Write to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you received it.
If you wish to delete your account:
- Navigate to Settings>Account & Data>Delete Account
