Allow text styling on nested blocks

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND
I noticed that when text blocks contain styling, the ability to nest blocks (parent–>child) becomes disabled. I would recommend allowing nested blocks to contain styling, these are two very important features that should not be mutually exclusive.

HOW COULD IT BE DONE
Simply allow parent blocks to be styled without impacting child blocks and vice versa.

REAL WORLD USE CASES
When taking notes, I need to be able to nest child blocks within parents so that it’s easy to group sections of my notes and then reorganize them. I also need to be able to style these notes at the same time so that they are easier to read.

RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES
At the moment, I have to remove text styling, nest text blocks within each other, reorganize my notes, and then reapply text styles, which then breaks the parent-child relation between blocks (very tedious).

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT
I’m not sure if this is related, but there is another feature request pointing out issues with /h1 header block types overriding the ability to create checkboxes, etc.
