Since Anytype is an app built with React (a web framework), this would just regard changing the styling of the cover by making the object in a fixed position (that is, if I have the right understanding here). I have no idea what CSS framework Anytype uses, but this would be the basic idea - How To Create a Parallax Scrolling Effect. Also, agreed, it would enhance the appearance of the cover
