Add lines to show levels of indentation in bullet lists like an outliner

Moderator note: in “outliner” applications like [Dynalist](https://dynalist.io/), Workflowy, and Roam Research, the dominant formatting is in bullet points. Indentation is considered to have meaning and not simply be aesthetic. These tools use connecting lines between the same levels of indentation to help visually indicate the “parentage” of each bullet point/block/item. Srinath would like these to be added to Anytype’s bullet point block type.

@Oshyan Yeah, you could say this is a aesthetics thing. However if outliner style can be done?? not just aesthetics but functions too it would be separate request, which I have requested earlier in a different request.
