**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

An option to resize a node in the graph view to provide emphasis to it which would help in better presentation of the graph view in a screenshot

**Describe the solution you’d like**

Two toggles to increase and decrease the size of a node when clicked

**Additional context**

Currently objects with more relations are displayed at a larger size and it makes sense for most cases. But it would make sense to display a node bigger when the presentation is focused on it even if it does not have manu relations

I’m not sure if the change in size should be remembered by Anytype so that next time one opens the graph view, the nodes previous sizes is remembered. Even if not a permanent solution, temporarily resizing a node for a screenshot would be great which would reset on opening the graph view again

This makes a lot of sense. I think the purpose of the graph view is to help thinking about the overall situation and focus on the key points, so I need to be able to clearly see the nodes I focus on. Just like the billboard used by the police to analyze the criminal network in the police film, just kidding 🤣

These are two different approaches to the node size. One is manual change, the other is calculated from a number… both seems attractive and useful. Toggle helps brainstorming; billboard helps quicker general observation…

If [handwriting note feature](https://community.anytype.io/t/support-for-handwritten-notes/1030) are sophisticated enough for brainstorming on object level, I would like node to go for calculated/billboard version. If not, I support going for the toggle approach, because it is possible to observe centrality with density of nearby nodes. If both can be implemented, then fantastic.

The current alternative for toggle note size is to move nodes, but the potentially very high number of nodes that could move along with a single movement indicates moving is not friendly approach to put specific nodes to context.

[This thread](https://community.anytype.io/t/indicator-for-the-searched-object-in-graph-view/8932) is related. These two ideas combined would be great.

This post notes a feature I do not observe in ver. 0.31.36-beta. The idea is great, I had hoped it would be the case when viewing the graph (for instance, Obsidian graph view also resizes graph nodes relative to attachments).

Is the absence of this relative node size a bug? Or was it implemented? Removed? Haven’t been able to find more information in the forums.

It would be nice if we could also do other design customizations for presentation purposes, and then be able to save that as a view, as discussed [here](https://community.anytype.io/t/new-type-of-pages-whiteboard-canvas/1389).
